John Ryan is the owner of Engineering Solutions, PLLC, specializing in optimized engineering design, consulting, and inspection services. With a keen focus on design concepts and system integration, he oversees operations and ensures quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Prior to partnering at Engineering Solutions with Steve Snyder in 2004, Mr. Ryan operated his own engineering consultancy, offering comprehensive services, including HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler engineering design, along with load and cost analysis, project management, and on-site supervision.

During previous roles, Mr. Ryan excelled as a project manager, driving effective multi-trade project coordination and communication at Flack & Kurtz (WSP today), a prominent New York-based consulting engineering firm, and IP Group, a boutique firm specializing in high-end residential projects.

Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at New York University and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from City College of New York. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York, New Jersey and Tennessee.

jeff spivak

Jeff Spivak is the project manager for the mechanical scope of work for most of the projects at Engineering Solutions. With a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and a creative, technical, and logical mindset, any problem can be remedied into a solution.

Mr. Spivak has years of experience as a designer, inspector, and collaborator in the MEP field.

abe madeb

Abe Madeb is a mechanical engineer that designs mechanical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. Mr. Madeb graduated from NYU Tandon School of Engineering with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. His prior experience as an MEP inspector assists him in visualizing the ideal solution to create elegant and effective design solutions.

With his experience in designing multiple trades, Abe looks forward to designing integrated systems on every project.
